The "My career path" program aims to boost the employability of 300 young people with learning difficulties, such as dyslexia and ADHD, by developing personalized career plans and skills development tools. Through personalized guidance, interactive quizzes, and targeted workshops, the program seeks to empower these individuals to chart their educational and professional paths, thereby increasing their self-confidence, employability, and long-term professional success. All partners will conduct research to collect and analyze data in order to identify the challenges faced by young people with mild learning difficulties and ADHD in finding meaningful employment. They will also develop personalized career maps and interactive skill development quizzes, conduct pilot tests, and improve the tools based on feedback. The results will be disseminated through workshops, the project website, and collaboration with educators and employers to ensure wide implementation and impact.
In total, the program is expected to reach 600 young people, 300 of whom will have a complete career plan and achieve a 30% improvement in employability skills. In addition, the project will equip 50 teachers and career counselors with tools to support young people with learning difficulties. The ultimate goal is to raise awareness and promote the use of personalized career guidance tools in all educational institutions, leading to better career outcomes for young people with learning difficulties.
