The TWS-Coaching project aims to promote a culture of safety in SMEs by applying coaching methodologies to occupational safety and health (OSH). It seeks to improve awareness and behavior in safety matters, particularly with regard to the use of digital technologies. By training OSH professionals and SME safety managers, the project promotes preventive safety practices, enhances digital literacy, and supports the digital transition to workplace safety standards. TWS-Coaching will implement various key activities, such as the development of a "Train the Trainer" toolkit and a comprehensive video course. Local events will be held with the participation of SMEs, safety officers, and OSH trainers.
Overall, these activities will focus on improving safety practices and raising awareness of digital safety through coaching techniques in the workplace. All of this will raise awareness of safety issues, particularly digital safety, and empower trainers and safety officers to adopt coaching methodologies. The project will also promote long-term cooperation and widely disseminate its results through digital tools and local events.
